PD shank Down The Hole Drill Bits are available in a various range of sizes and with a number of custom design features for optimum performance in a rock formation, which are designed to match all conceivable applications for water well drilling, stone quarrying, mining and construction.

Convex Face
The all around application bit face designed specifically for medium hard and homogeneous rock formations. Good hole deviation control and good flushing capacity.

A classic design for soft to medium hard rock formation which is not so abrasive. This design have very excellent penetration rate but poor in hole deviation if the rock is too hard.
For high penetration rate in soft to medium-hard with low to medium air pressure. It is the most resistance to steel wash, and may reduce the load and wear on the gauge buttons, but poor hole deviation control.

Dome/Hemispherical Buttons
Universal buttons for all rock formation, best suited to hardest and very abrasive rock formation.

PD shank DTH drill bit with 115mm diameter, convex face, semi-ballistic/dome carbide buttons for blasting bore holes, water well drilling.
