6 inch Diamond Core Drill Concrete Drilling Machine
Our core drilling machine combines functionality and versatility in one device. It is ideal for lighter drilling work.
Installation:
First, install the screw connecting the stand and the pedestal. Before use the drill, you need to fix it.1. Remove the two screws on the back of the stand;
2. Seperate the stand and the pedestal;
3. Rotate the pedesta 180° and install the screws.
4. Install completed
Fix the driller:
Here are two ways1.Using expansion link
Choose a hollow tube according to the height of the place which need to be drilled. Put one end of the tube against the adjustable screw rod. And turn the rod reversely to fix the driller tightly, expansion bolts are not needed.
2.Using ecpansion bolt
Make a hole on the wall or the groud and install the bolt;
Expand the bolt;
Install the screw rod and the stand. Then tighten the nut.
Install drill bit
Before installing, you need to smear some grease on the drill end thread in order to discharge easily. After instlling, you need to run the driller at an idle state at first.Attention: Before you install or remove the drill bot, you must be sure the drill is powered off. Before running, the drill must be connected with clean cold water.
