Hydraulic Breaker Rod

The hydraulic breaker rod is suitable for breaking granite, basalt, quartzite, gabbro, sandstone, limestone, marble, and other types of rock. The machine's power source is provided by a hydraulic power station through oil pipes. Our brand-new hydraulic breaker rod and advanced breaker head are the better choice for stone, jade, mining, and safe excavation.

Working Principle:

The machine consists of one oil cylinder, 11 pistons, multiple seals, and a high-pressure oil station with multiple high-pressure oil pipes. It does not require manual high-pressure valves to be moved back and forth on the hydraulic station. The breaker head can be placed on a clean surface and lubricated with grease (yellow grease) evenly on both sides of the breaking pieces (note: high pressure must be converted into mechanical force through lubrication to achieve good results). The breaker head must be inserted into the pre-drilled hole (note: all holes in the breaker head must be drilled). After starting the hydraulic station motor, if the breaker head is not properly aligned with the hole, it may cause damage to the breaker head.
